Networking is a skill and the more you practice the better you become.  We will discuss with whom you will be networking, the purpose, is it live or virtual and other details.  Then Mary will work with you to create an elevator pitch, teach you how to break the conversational ice and give you tips and advice.  Then we will virtually practice networking until you are comfortable.

Once we’ve discussed your goals and have received all your information the process typically takes 3 to 4 business days to get your final draft.

We want every customer to walk away thrilled with their new resume.  Therefore, while we don’t offer an unlimited revisions policy, there is not a hard and fast limit on the number of drafts we will provide you.  Typically most customers are happy with the 2nd draft or sometimes 3rd draft.  But we are willing to work with each customer individually until they’re excited about their new resume.

Your final resume can be delivered in most common formats: .docx, .pdf,  Google Doc, .png, .jpg or even mailed (pick up for local clients) on a thumb drive.  Just tell us what is your preferred method.

Don’t worry if you don’t have an old resume to be updated and are starting from scratch.  We provide you with some basic worksheets to complete to gather the preliminary data about your work history, education, skills and other experiences to begin the process of creating a professional resume.  In addition, Mary will consult with you throughout the process to identify gaps, clarify and pull out the relevant information needed to creat a keyword rich and targeted resume.

We offer mock interviews in the traditional interview style and behavioral based interviews.  We don’t offer technical interviews (we’re not technical enough to know if you’re answering the questions correctly) or case interviews as those are specific to each company.
